Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 812 platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being suspended or permanently closed. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth and valid contact details.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for keeping your password and account login details confidential. 812 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account. User Responsibilities

Users must use the platform for lawful and personal purposes only.
The use of automated software, bots or any other unfair means to gain an advantage in games or betting is strictly prohibited.
Users must not attempt to hack, disrupt or damage the systems and infrastructure of the 812 platform.
Any attempt at fraud, identity falsification or transaction manipulation is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

Deposit Terms

Deposits made into your account are strictly for use within the platform. All deposits must originate from legitimate sources and be made in the name of the registered user. 812 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any deposit or withdrawal to meet compliance requirements.

Fund Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established procedures. Withdrawals are typically processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's help section. 812 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawals where there are indications of suspicious activity or where identity verification has not been completed.

Cancellations & Refunds

Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled. Refunds will only be considered in cases of technical errors caused by the 812 system. All final decisions regarding transaction disputes are at the sole discretion of 812 management.

The 812 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the service will be available at all times without interruption, free from errors or fully secure. 812 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special losses arising from the use of or inability to use our platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes.

Account Suspension & Closure

812 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time, without prior notice, if the user is found to have breached any provision of these terms. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, system manipulation, bonus abuse, multiple account registration or suspicious activity.

Suspended accounts will not be able to access funds until the investigation is concluded. If account closure is confirmed, any eligible balance will be returned to the user after applicable deductions, subject to prevailing policies.

Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, brand names and materials on the 812 platform are the exclusive property of 812 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.
